How is New Patient Cost calculated?
New Patient Cost
This metric shows the cost per new patient by dividing your total advertising spend by the number of new patients seen.
To configure this chart, you must ensure your Jeeve account is connected to Xero or MYOB - then click the "Accounts" button at the top of the chart to select the Accounts related to your Advertising spend.
Example:
The upper "target" of the Gauge chart represents the clinic Goal (if configured).
Clinic totals are shown in the text beneath these charts, with amounts shown for:
1) New Patient Cost for the selected date range (eg. This Month)
2) New Patient Cost for the previous date range (eg. Last Month)
3) New Patient Cost Goal for the period (optional - if configured in Settings)
