How is Recall Prebook Rate calculated?
Recall Prebook Rate
This metric shows the percentage of patients who had their check-up and clean (011, 012, 88011, 88012) within the selected date range, that have a follow-up appointment booked 6 months later (with any provider).
To be counted as a successful recall pre-booking, the follow-up appointment must be booked within 7 days of the original check-up and clean.
Note: To ensure appointments slightly outside of the 6 monthly range are captured, we are counting any appointments scheduled between 5.5 to 8 months later.
Each bar on the chart represents a single provider. Hovering over each bar will display the provider name and recall prebook rate rounded to the nearest percent.

Clinic totals are shown in the text beneath these charts, with amounts shown for:
1) Total Recall Prebooking Rate in selected date range (eg. This Month)
2) Total Recall Prebooking Rate in previous date range (eg. Last Month)
3) The Recall Prebooking Rate Goal for the period (optional - if configured in Settings)
