Google Reviews - Creating an Invite Template

How do I create a template?

Creating a Google Review invite template

Jeeve administrators and users will access to "Settings -> Clinics -> (choose clinic) -> SMS Templates" can create message templates for Google Reviews.

When creating a template, select "Review" in the first dropdown box and give it a name as shown in the below screenshot. When creating your template message, you can drag and drop the key details, including "Clinic Name", "Patient Name" and your "Google Link" as shown below.



These templates can then be used in the Morning Huddle to automatically populate the Google Review invite contents, and insert the clinic name, patient name and Google review link automatically
